&lt;P&gt;The best approach is probably to start with general cybersecurity fundamentals before diving into specific vendor products.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Well known certifications in that area are Comptia Security+ or ISC² Certified in Cybersecurity (CC).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you're looking for PAN specific certifications then Palo Alto Networks Certified Cybersecurity Apprentice would be the certification track for beginners.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're not looking to become certified but just learn about cybersecurity you can take any of the digital courses available on Palo Alto Networks Learning Center:&lt;/P&gt;
