Assistance Required – Cybersecurity Fundamentals Certificate Not Unlocking

Hello Beacon Support Team,

I recently completed the Cybersecurity Fundamentals course on Beacon. However, my progress is stuck on Module 4 even though I have already gone through all the lessons and quizzes. The platform keeps sending me back to Module 4, and my course completion status is not updating to 100%.

Because of this, I’m unable to download my certificate of completion.

Could you kindly review my course progress and help unlock the certificate for me? My details are below:

Issue: Module All marked complete, but certificate not generated

Beacon is no longer in use; it has been replaced by the Learning Center.

The Learning Center is the new, central hub for all of Palo Alto Networks' digital learning, training, and certification resources.

While Beacon was an excellent platform, the Learning Center offers a more personalized, modern, and comprehensive experience to help you grow your skills and prepare for certifications.

Your progress from Beacon was likely carried over to the new platform, but for all future learning and training, you should use the Learning Center: https://learn.paloaltonetworks.com/learn
