&lt;P&gt;Yes this is expected behavior.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When a new user self-registers or someone adds a new user into an account, the super user(s) of the account will receive an email notification with a link to approve or reject access.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please reach out to a super-user of your account to approve the access&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
