Mobile phones are bypassing the PA captive portal

Hy,

In my wifi network captive portal. While mobile phones are connect to the wifi they are bypassing the CP authentication and getting connected the internet without entering their user id and password.

Anyone please help. #paloalto450

@Srinibas_09 captive portal only works over port 80/443. When you're saying phones are bypassing CP, how are phones going to the internet? A browser or an installed application?
