I've been trying to download these AUTOCAD designs https://pan.baidu.com/s/1_1nHdx6QG3GNTAdaM1v6hQ?pwd=347t from Baidu Pan but the download stops halfway through and restarts over and over. I can't quite figure out what's the problem. I tried downloading using https://baidu.erranium.com/ and the download went through so it has to be an issue on my network.

Has anyone had the same issue with baidu or pan baidu using the paloalto firewall?

Look up traffic log in Palo and check what is session end reason for that specific session where you tried to download file.
