Hi,

when I try to load a snapshot config from a PA4020 on an another PA4020 with the same version I have the following

error

result unexpected here. Discarding.

certsandkeys unexpected here. Discarding.

custom-logo unexpected here. Discarding.

I have tried to delete the custom-logo in the xml files without success

Any Idea?

Hi,

Is the xml config wrapped with <results><response>………..</response></results> ?

If so then please remove those tags and try again.
