&lt;P&gt;I would start out by identifying exactly what traffic is being blocked/dropped and by which security control (you mentioned you just tuned security profiles).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can start by viewing the traffic logs and threat logs within the Monitor tab for your third-party vpn traffic. Start with a single client attempting to connect to the third-party vpn gateway. Filter traffic from that single client and determine a gateway destination IP address the third-party vpn uses. If you are unsure, the third-party should have some sort of documentation of a domain name that you can then nslookup to retrieve IPs that you can use as a destination IP filter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The hardest part might be filtering the exact VPN traffic. Once you are able to find the logs, that should paint a clearer picture as to why the VPN is unsuccessful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
