Cloud NGFW Credits issue

Hello All,

I recently purchased Cloud NGFW for azure and purchased paloalto credits as well.

my Azure NGFW shows as PAYG ( Pay us you go) instead of showing license with my credit.

is it possible to change my PAYG license to credit based.

HI @mshekh this document is applicable for VM series firewalls i have cloud native NGFW, is there any documents for this.

I believe Cloud NGFW is available only with PAYG.

@emr_1 not true, Over the past 6 months I've stood up Azure CNGFW resources. Both started as a market place offering (pay-as-you-go.) I've since converted one to private offer and will likely be converting the other as well.
