&lt;P&gt;I'm working with a customer for whom we purchased a &lt;STRONG&gt;Support Only&lt;/STRONG&gt; license, and now we would like to start working on their environment. However, we want to activate the license under their CSP account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am aware that this is not possible, but according to the case we created, I understand that we can &lt;STRONG&gt;re‑book the entity to the customer’s account&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but for that we need:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Completed forms&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Customer signature&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm struggling to find the forms that should be completed by my company and the customer. Could you please help me locate them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Moreover, I tried calling the Sales representative at &lt;STRONG&gt;+31 20 808 4600&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but I was instructed to create a case for this request. Could you please advise where exactly I should create this case?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are talking about regular hardware firewall?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What stops customer creating their own support account so firewall could be registered there?&lt;/P&gt;
