It appears that the legacy AIOps API is indeed being retired. I’ve confirmed that while the engineering work for the replacement is complete, the team is currently finalizing the new productized API gateway and the official documentation.

Since we are in the final production rollout phase, the legacy API remains in a "gap" state. I recommend keeping an eye on the Strata Cloud Manager (SCM) release notes over the next few days or check with TAC for an update.

Once the API gateway is live, the new Posture API should resolve the association errors you’re currently hitting.

Kind regards,

BPA API Query Error

With the impending demise of On Demand Best Practice in Strata Cloud Manager coming fast on 31 March , has anyone seen this error before when trying to do a on demand bpa via the AIOPS for NGFW Best Practice Assessment API.

The error is error_code 1210 description is "Failed to associate AIOPS instance with TSG" but Aiops doesn't exist anymore so , the tsg has scm pro activated.

The On demand bpa menu item under insights says it can be done via the new posture api for which documentations seems to be non excistant.
