If you have a PAN support account, you can download this directly from the portal for whatever OS you're after. If you are just a consumer looking to install GlobalProtect, reach out to your internal IT team and they'll guide you on how you should be downloading whatever agent version they prefer that you are on.

I'm unable to find this particular version in the portal or in my FW GUI.

Is there a particular reason why you need this specific version ? If not then I suggestion going for the available version in the 6.2.6 train (6.2.6-c857) or go with the current preferred version 6.2.8-c431.

As @BPry mentioned you can find these in the support portal. Alternatively in your FW GUI under Device > Global Protect Client (Check Now to refresh the list).
