Yes, I am still experiencing the issue with accessing KB's. I have tried different browsers, an incognito mode and etc.. But It did not help. Looks weird. Any ideas how to solve it or who I can reach out to for help are appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has anybody experienced an issue with getting access to the knowledgebase articles recently?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am being redirected to a login page each time when try to open a link to the article provided by Google in search results. Once I successfully log in I get the same&amp;nbsp;"Single Sign-On Error" with a text (&lt;A href="https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/_nc_external/identity/saml/SamlError" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/_nc_external/identity/saml/SamlError&lt;/A&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are the KB's going to be locked permanently or is it a kind of temporarily issue?&amp;nbsp;Does anybody know how to resolve it?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
