I couldn't tell you the exact reason. However, it is possible that "lgmsapeswiss.blob.core.windows.ne" might not be present in the specific Microsoft source feed consumed by the EDL. It could be pulling it elsewhere. If this is something you need to implement immediately, then I would recommend doing so separately via URL filtering or through a custom ELD if you have one already.

EDL MS Intune All URL misses an entry

Dear all

We got a question assigned about the PaloAlto EDL for MS Intune, the EDL "MSIntune All URL" (accessible via https://saasedl.paloaltonetworks.com/feeds/msintune/all/url).

By 30th of April 2026, Microsoft added the URL "lgmsapeswiss.blob.core.windows.net" to her list, which can be reviewed here: Network endpoints for Microsoft Intune - Microsoft Intune | Microsoft Learn.

But this URL has not been added to the EDL, the last change of the EDL is still the 30th of March 2026.

Is there any reason why this EDL does not cover the entry "lgmsapeswiss.blob.core.windows.net"?

Thank you

Hi Jay

Thank you for your feedback. This sounds interesting, is it possible to provide the link from where PaloAlto gets the source for this EDL? Of course it is a Microsoft topic that this source is not updated correctly and we could raise a question with MS directly. But the link to this source would be helpful.

Thank you

Dear community

I just want to ask again, if there is someone who knows the correct source from where PaloAlto get's the content for their EDL "MSIntune All URL"? That we can check with MS why this source is not updated or why MS has multiple places with different contents.

Thank you

Dear community

I discussed this topic with our partner. Most likely it is not possible to get the source URL where Palo Alto gets the content for the EDL. As long we don't have the source, we cannot investigate with Microsoft. As there is not clear answer, I will check internally how we have to rely on the correctness between MS announced URLs and the Palo EDL. If needed, I will raise a TAC case with the help of our partner.

As stated, a workaround is that we create a dedicated new rule which covers this missing URL. But that will not scale as, because we cannot rely on the completeness of the EDL, we have to compare on a regular basis if the EDLs match and if not, modify the workaround rule.

Thank you

Markus

If there are any other inputs,
