How to get access to the knowledgebase articles (SSO Error)

Hello community,

Has anybody experienced an issue with getting access to the knowledgebase articles recently?

I am being redirected to a login page each time when try to open a link to the article provided by Google in search results. Once I successfully log in I get the same "Single Sign-On Error" with a text (https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/_nc_external/identity/saml/SamlError😞

We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.

Are the KB's going to be locked permanently or is it a kind of temporarily issue? Does anybody know how to resolve it?

Thank you for the response. Yes, I am still experiencing the issue with accessing KB's. I have tried different browsers, an incognito mode and etc.. But It did not help. Looks weird. Any ideas how to solve it or who I can reach out to for help are appreciated.

Have been there any updates from the KB team? The issue has not gone yet. Honestly, it creates some inconveniences. Maybe there is some workaround I can use temporarily?

Our teams are still working to resolve this issue.

Current workaround is to login using a CSP account.
