&lt;P&gt;What troubleshooting have you done? Have you given it enough time for the dataplane to actually come online, and are you sure that the interfaces are actually enabled and not shutdown?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you know that the dataplane is online and that the interfaces are configured, it could be that your gear is simply failing to auto-negotiate its speed. You can try statically matching speed between the 1410 and the uplink equipment to rule that out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
