&lt;P&gt;As of now cpasbien[.]win is categorized as Questionable category and&amp;nbsp;torrent9[.]cfd is categorized as&amp;nbsp;Malware category. Are you blocking these categories in your URL filtering profile? Did you try to block these URLs in custom URL profile?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would also recommend to check URL filtering logs to narrow down what policy is getting hit.&lt;/P&gt;
