VM100 SCM support

Hi, looking for some clarification on VM100 SCM support.

I have a customer who has onboarded two VM100s (HA pair) and is currently managing their configuration via SCM. No issues there, however when we look at the Dashboard there is no evidence of these devices at all. Other firewalls are showing, but the VM100s are missing. Telemetry appears to be working fine on both devices.

When checking the documentation for SCM I found the Device Model Compatibility page a little unclear on the matter of SCM support. The VM100 is not listed under 'AIOps for NGFW or Strata Cloud Manager', however it is listed under 'Device Security'. My initial reading of this page was that VM100's are not supported at all, but that doesn't appear to be the case since they are currently connected and managed via SCM. I would appreciate if anyone could clarify exactly which features I should expect not to be supported on a VM100, as at the moment I don't know if this is a technical issue for troubleshooting or simply feature incompatibility.
