      <description>&lt;P&gt;The customer is unable to accurately monitor Data-Plane and Management CPU/memory utilization on Prisma SD-WAN ION 1200-S-C5G-WW (Tenant ID: 1285229497, Firmware 6.5.3-i-b10) via NetSpyGlass because previously provided OIDs for these metrics return 'No such object', and required ION-COMMON-MIB and ION-SMI files are not recognized; initial issues included hrProcessorLoad returning 'No such instance', inconsistent tunnel status via OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.50114.10.2.10.1.1.3,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tried below OIDs for CPU&lt;/P&gt;
