Hi

I have 2 questions about fomr palo's we've just bought.

FIrstly I'm trying to upgrade the URL filtering definitions, andwhen I click upgrade, it pops up and says this will take a few minutes, but regardless of how long I leave it (up to an hour on a 30Mb internet connection) it's still not upgraded. Is there any way I can see the progress of this job to see what's happening? If anyone ahs any ideas about this, it would be great to know before tomorrow (as we're going live with our first box then).

Also, are there any plans to implement a search ahead function as part of the url filtering, so that my users can see little green ticks or red crosses next to the search results on google, etc?? I know it's not a huge deal, but it keeps them happy.

Thanks

Andy
