      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone installed a Digium PBX behind a PaloAlto firewall?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Calibri;"&gt;Here is the connectivity that Digium says they need to have phones work:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Calibri;"&gt;5060 UDP (SIP)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Calibri;"&gt;10,000-20,000 UDP (RTP)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Calibri;"&gt;80 TCP (remote Phone provisioning)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Calibri;"&gt;5222 and 843 TCP (Switchboard)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoPlainText" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Calibri;"&gt;5689 (Switchboard chat)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having a Digium PBX system behind a PAN should be supported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you having issues or about to install a PAN inline that has a Digium PBX?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If&amp;nbsp; you are seeing issues you might have to create an application override for SIP and increase session timers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need assistance please call into support or contact local reseller for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
