      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I Found this log entry in the PAN-agent 3.1 :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2010 04 01 11:47:44, Cannot open group_memebers.txt file, casue is 5!&lt;BR /&gt;2010 04 01 11:47:44, Backup Group Members fails!&lt;BR /&gt;2010 04 01 11:47:44, Group change flag is set.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I looked for the file mentioned in the PAN-agent installation directory, but i have'nt found it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can be the issue, and is it dangerous for information being sent to the firewall?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error "5" means that the file access is denied, probably because the account used for the PANAgent service has no rights to read from the &lt;EM&gt;Program Files\PaloAltoNetworks &lt;/EM&gt;folder&lt;EM&gt;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/EM&gt;So the PANAgent service can't read from the group member cache file or the configuration file.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
