Issue in reading groups with PAN agent 3.1

Hello,

I Found this log entry in the PAN-agent 3.1 :

2010 04 01 11:47:44, Cannot open group_memebers.txt file, casue is 5!
2010 04 01 11:47:44, Backup Group Members fails!
2010 04 01 11:47:44, Group change flag is set.

I looked for the file mentioned in the PAN-agent installation directory, but i have'nt found it.

What can be the issue, and is it dangerous for information being sent to the firewall?

The error "5" means that the file access is denied, probably because the account used for the PANAgent service has no rights to read from the Program Files\PaloAltoNetworks folder. So the PANAgent service can't read from the group member cache file or the configuration file.

But the file mentioned does not exist at all, do i must create it manually?
