On a passive device, all interfaces other than management are disabled, so if you are using service routes (Device &amp;gt; Setup &amp;gt; Services &amp;gt; "Service Route Configuration") you will need to disable that on the secondary and ensure the management interface has a route.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You also mentioned that you are getting an "image is invalid" type message. As long as you downloaded the file from support.paloaltonetworks.com for your specific platform, the install should work. You may want to try re-downloading it using a different browser, and ensure that you don't decompress it before attempting to upload. "Failed to check upgrade info due to generic communication error. Please check network conectivity and try again" :-S&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I download de software on web but its impossible to upload from my pc. Img is Invalid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help me??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
