If this is 4.1 and group mapping is setup on the firewall then please check the LDAP server profile configuration. The domain should be set to the netbios domain name that will get pre-appended to usernames.

I have not seen any cases where this has stopped working with correct configuration. If the correct configuration is in place and the firewall is not storing domain with username please file a case with your support team so we can further investigate.

I setup the user id agent with the PA for an organization several months back. They reported it not blocking correctly so I logged in to take a peek. The PA used to report their username as domain\user but now it is just reporting the username (with no domain) which explains the rules not matching correctly.

Their PA was last updated a month ago but this behavior just started about two hours ago.

I did confirm in the user id agent that the log shows "Server sesion: username"

Thanks in advance!
