    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply...Yes i missed the upload option....I have been able to upload 4.1.1 ok as downloaded from the palo alto support site - but unable to upload 4.1.2 as downloaded from the palo alto web site...seems to be an issue with this file&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyway thanks for your help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just setting up a PA 200 - i have the URL and virus all up to date&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;box is running PAN OS 4.1.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have 5 of these boxes to upgrade so i downloaded PAN OS 4.1.1 and 4.1.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i goto software option and select install from file - and i just see software file IMG and no drop down options...where do i need to locate the downloaded OS files for the PAN to see these?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you upload the software file to each of the PA-200 units? If not, you need to click "Upload" button seen under same page (Device-Software) on each device. Then you can select and upload the software file to each device. After that, you can click "Install from File" and you will see the newly uploaded software in the drop-down list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
