I'm pointing to in the policy area of internal, where is my DNS servers and the reverse of it is working.

Hi wellington,

There are two possibilities.

1. End client is not getting Internal DNS server, please verify same with "ipconfig /all"command.

2. DNS traffic from GP is getting blocked on firewall. Check Traffic log for GP client user IP and DNS application.

Regards,

Hardik Shah

We found the problem and where to stay to experience here. The dns was giving "query refused" to the address register on the global protect.

Thank you for everything
