      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you choose Hourly, the "at ___" is the minutes of the hour. 00 would be on the hour, 15 would be fifteen minutes after the hour, and so forth.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Change it to Daily, and the "at ___" value changes to require a HH:MM value.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Weekly asks you for a day of the week, with the HH:MM value as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally, Monthly asks you for 1-31 and the HH:MM value. Choose a value of 28 or less to know exactly what day it's going to be on. I don't know off the top of my head what happens in February if you choose anything past 28.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
