Hi,

Is it possible to have two PA configured in an Active-Passive scenario with different set of licenses.

1st appliance:

Threat Prevention

URL Filtering

2nd appliance:

Threat Prevention.

Also, is there a different pricing criteria if the license is for the passive box?

You need the same licenses on both device or the features won't work.

There are special HA License Bundles.

Please ask your local reseller/distributor.

As mentioned by Marco you need same set of licenses on both devices. Becasue when the devices switches over then you will not be able to get the same functionality on both of them. In your case the URL filtering not having license on passive device will result in default action. Which is either to allow or deny all.

You can definitely get in touch with you local Sales Engineer/Distributor to get the HA licenses for the device.
