Is there a way to see total bandwidth utilization in the PAN's gui interface? I'd like to determine the amount of bandwidth users are using at various times.

Thanks

If you enable QoS you will see some graphs in the admin GUI.

Otherwise you need to enable SNMP on the device and use some SNMP utility of your choice to produce the graphs on your own, see https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/thread/4367?tstart=0 for more info.
