To gather a complete trace please run the following command 3 times spaced apart by a few seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; debug software trace log-receiver&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be sure to copy all of the output to a text file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2) Generate Tech Support File&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For an immediate resolution you may try to restart the log-receiver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; debug software restart log-receiver&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Stefan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
