More info can be found here: &lt;A href="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/docs/DOC-1714"&gt;How to use the XML API to backup your firewall configuration&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On panorama device, there is option for scheduled config export (SCP and FTP) but for firewalls you can use XML API.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
