      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have PA-3050. All fans are running at 12-13k RPM. I'm thinking the only one way to change fans speed is to get access to BIOS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BIOS is locked by password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
