      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, Palo Alto is not a session border controller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Policies can provide some of the security features of a SBC.&amp;nbsp; But none of the voip specific signaling or features would be available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
