Hi,

Device stopped to take user information from agent.Show user ip-user mapping all comes with 0 user.Passive device works fine.it shows all users.

Agent connection is fine for both device.Any idea ?

restarted user-id with debug command but did not solve.

1> Passive Device is withholding the Mappings synced between HA peers.

2> Debug restart cleared Active mappings and Data cleared via Debug command wont be synced across HA pair .

3> Try > debug user-id refresh user-id agent all

I would suggest Software Upgrade to at least OS-5.0.5 in light of User-ID code fixes.

Thanks for suggestion.

I tried the 3rd one but did not fix

version is old. 4.1.6 maybe it is time to upgrade.

Check the MP resources.

You may try also try resetting the connection :

> debug user-id reset user-id agent all

I super-confidently assumed OS-5.0 train.

OS_4.1.6 is a very old version to be on....please upgrade to a more recent version on OS-4.1.x
