      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Sir,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope the support AUTH code is verified with Palo Alto update server through an active internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried with my PA-200 firewall and received below mentioned error while the management interface was down (service route through Mgmt interface).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;IMG alt="Support-license-1.JPG.jpg" class="jive-image" src="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/legacyfs/online/11717_Support-license-1.JPG.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Received below mentioned info &lt;SPAN class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark"&gt;( &lt;/SPAN&gt;expected) while the &lt;SPAN class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark"&gt;mgmt&lt;/SPAN&gt; interface activated again:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="Support-license-2.JPG.jpg" class="jive-image" src="https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/legacyfs/online/11718_Support-license-2.JPG.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope all features, like Threat-prevention, global protect etc. Can be upload offline through license key, but not the support license. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
