I've solved the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to manually install GP client using MSI file, you must first uninstall the old version. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following is the way to uninstall GlobalProtect silently. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; msiexec /x GlobalProtect.msi(old version) /q &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
