      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Day&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The support license key seems to be invalid. It's weird because that is the license key I got when I registered it. But in the virtualization guide, it mentions that you have to apply a&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;capacity auth-code, even on the support site where I registered there is no capacity auth-code only the Threat Prevention and Support codes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dana&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was incorrect, after the reboot I'm still having the issue, I'm getting that the support license key is invalid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I factory rest a PAN-VM? will that mess up the UUID and CPUID's?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;M&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
