    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you are able to ping and telnet, this tells me that one of the services might not be working properly.&amp;nbsp; There was a known memory leak on 3.0.2.&amp;nbsp; If you are able to, I would recommend rebooting the device.&amp;nbsp; this will free up the memory leak issue and should give you the opportunity to upgrade to a newer version.&amp;nbsp; I recommend 3.0.10.&amp;nbsp; Or you should open a support case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have problem with my PA-500 os 3.0.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to get updates for example software I get Failed to get upgrade info. Please try later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Policy is just fine, BUT I don't see any traffic going into updates.paloaltonetworks.com.&lt;BR /&gt;I setup filter and perform debug but couldn't see any traffic dst for updates.paloaltonetworks.com.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My service router mgmt is set to exernal interface.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is mabye the most strange I can ping update site and see (in monitroing) incomplete telnet to port 80, BUT when I try this to 443 there is nothing in logs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ifpilm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
