Is there a way to block access to a specific shared folder of a file server?

I need to block the Access from a network , but only one shared folder of a file server.

Possibly using custom signatures, which you can probably explore at DevCenter

However, it sounds like an approach through domain permissions sounds like a cleaner approach.

It is possible to write a custom signature for the SMB decoder....there is a context called "ms-ds-smb-req-share-name" which, I believe, is what you are looking to filter on?
