    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently, we are experiencing an issue with a product called Good Dynamics version 1.4.31.5.&amp;nbsp; The vendor "Good Technology" is stating that the Palo Alto firewalls are causing an issue with some sort of SSL heartbeat connection.&amp;nbsp; Is there an know issue with this software work through the PA architecture?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Randy &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Name of the application is "good-for-enterprise". The standard port is defined as TCP-80/443/15000 and UDP-12000. Hence, could you please let me know, if there is a new &lt;SPAN class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark"&gt;port&lt;/SPAN&gt; through which the application is trying to send the &lt;SPAN style="color: #3b3b3b; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;"&gt;heartbeat&lt;/SPAN&gt; messages...? Also verify, if there is any packet drop between the source and destination on a non-standard port..?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
