Guys,

To show QoS, when running a PoC using out of band traffic, will connecting a tap port via the factory v-wire interfaces work?

So out of switch mirroring traffic, into trust vwire->untrust vwire->tap ?

Thoughts?

You are talking about a port mirror (span port) configured on a switch , right ? This requires to have a tap port configured on the PAN FW not a VWire port. You can not use a tap port to demo QoS. You would need a VWire or Layer 3 interfaces configured on the PAN in order to demo QoS. Roland

for demo purposes you can use this scenario. Get a tap port from switch and plug into in a one of the port pairs of vwire. You can then apply QoS rules to the VWire.
