Did you ever get an answer on this... I can speak from first hand experience as a partner that I am getting alot of questions about this from the field and it would be nice to know where in the planning process this is...

I am not aware of the timetable for the ssl-vpn client for iPad, Please check with your sales contact as they have visibility of the feature roadmap.

No direct time table has been given. The current VPN is built with JAVA which of course is a problem for the iPad.

Our sales engineer had mentioned that this is scheduled for an upcoming release (end of summer 2011ish) by configuring the cisco ipsec vpn in the ipad, until a more permenant solution con be created in a following release for other mobile devices. IE android

Hi,

If you have the ICS version (Ice Cream Sandwich), you can today use the integrated ipsec client to connect on our gateway.

But you have to know that we don't support it officially yet (just wait a little)
