Asking about upgrade PANOS from 4.1 to 5.0.4 !!

I have Project with PAN 5020.

After deploing Appliance to Customer site, they need me to make a test call UAT ( User Acceptance Test ) using Palo Alto.

But when i working with UAT, i need using PANOS 5.0.4 , but the PANOS included in Appliance with PAN 5020 is 4.1

I have download 5.0.0 and 5.0.4, but i still can't update PANOS. The device alerts that Content must be 320 or over .

I wonder how to update PANOS witout register or Active licences . I will do it after deploy in customer site.

You can manually download the image from the Support portal website and upload it to the device via the webui and install it.
