      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Along with Doris' recommendations, you could also look into "file blocking policies" and certain types of file attachments through web-based e-mail applications.&amp;nbsp; If you're concerned about company data, you could start with blocking PDF and Microsoft Office files in web-based e-mail applications.&amp;nbsp; (Note: most web-based e-mail is run over SSL, so you would need to use SSL Decryption in your Palo Alto Networks firewall in order for the file blocking policy to work).&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
