Hi all,

Why is there no response pages for users when application like ftp, ssl, etc.. are blocked?

I have software version 3.1.1. and everything works with blocking but users don't see any info about it. Problem is, that kind of traffic is blocked at handshake and client browser is constantly sending ex. SSL Hello package.

Is there something to do about it.

many thnx

Hello Volksbank,

we do have and application block page that can be enabled, but this is for browser based applications.

The page that we insert is an html page, so if the application that you are using is not web/browser based there is no method to insert a page that will automatically pop up on the users screen.

You can open an enhancement request for a response page for non browser based applications with your sales contact or support, but keep in mind that the term "page" already suggests browser.

thanks,

Stephen
