      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi BH Lee,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the Botnet function to work in it's entirity you will need an up to date URL definition.&amp;nbsp; There are other parameters used, which allows you to ignore URL information - but this could be key to completing the picture. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So it is possible to run without the URL license, but you may miss some detail and accuracy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rgds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;James&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
