The notification would be sent to an email-gateway server. Probably, you could try there to change the format from XML to text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Else, &lt;SPAN style="color: #3b3b3b; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;"&gt;You can definitely request to your local SE and have a feature filed for this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
