Add a QoS policy on the policy tab and use the source address as a matching criteria:

This will allow you to set the class on this traffic and apply the egress limits you want via the QoS profile you have defined.

I have a client where I would like to rate limit egress traffic from an internal source IP. This source IP tends to be a major bandwidth hog. I currently have no QOS profiles setup but I do see the option to limit egress I believe.

Are QOS profiles the easiest / only way to do this? Does QOS allow you to limit based on a single IP?
