Hi,

Any idea on why a 2000 series running 4.02 may allow a user to reach a blocked url on the first attempt but then be denied on subseqent attempts? i.e. it seems to take at least one attempt to realise it should be blocking.

Hello,

Have you taken a look at your URL filtering logs? Do both instances of the URL show up as the same category, but with different actions associated with them?
