I need to create a report of the number of users connector, but manager reports only allows me to order maximum 500 records, I need to create unlimited.

Currently PAN can generate max 500 entries on a custom report. A feature request has been already submitted for this:

Go beyond Top-500 for custom reports

Increase Custom Reports Limit of Top 500

More than 500 rows support for custom reports

FR ID: 1693

The best avenue for information on this type of issue will be your PA sales team. They can get you the roadmap for the feature and add you to any pending feature request.
