Panorama software available in seperate hardware-related versions

Hello,

It is new to me. After a software refresh on the PaloAlto, the list shows more than it used to .

My Panorama currently is running 3.1.1 and I like to upgrade it to 3.1.3

We have PAN500 and PAN4000 boxes so i guess I have to down load 2 files, one for each type, correct?

I got error when try to commit all and hope that the new updated software will fix it.

Hello Leo

The PAN device does not automatically add any new software release until you manually press the refresh icon.

If you had only a fill releases listed and then after clicking on the refresh icon it will list all the supported software.

Please let me know what release is currently loaded on the PAN devices and I can email you a upgrade procedure.

Also please email a snap shot of the error when you are executing commit.
